Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers very spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the entire city, featuring a fantastic range of amenities. The service is outstanding with staff who are polite and always ready to assist. Its location is excellent, close to shopping districts and dining options. The dining experience is varied, catering to both Western and Eastern tastes. The facilities are top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay while being reasonably priced.
The hotel surprised me with its spacious rooms featuring a very nice marble bathroom design at the top of the building, providing a bird's eye view of the busy city. While the rooms were average and comfortable, the breakfast spread was decent. With our corporate rate, the price was quite reasonable, though the hotel seemed a bit outdated for a 5-star property. The amenities were at an average standard only.
The hotel rooms are nice, but be prepared for a lot of nudity if that isn't already in your culture. My room was on the 40th floor, large, very quiet with a great view of Taichung city and surrounding areas. The service was super friendly and helpful, with staff greeting us throughout the hotel. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The dining options were decent with a variety of dishes to choose from. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.
The hotel offers big and very comfortable rooms, with an excellent bed and a quiet environment on the top floors. The breakfast spread is decent, and with our corporate rate, the price was quite reasonable. The service was professional and helpful, especially the staff at the front desk, IN Restaurant on the 28th floor, and the guest service reception. The location across a park with a flea market is very convenient for shopping, museum visits, or nightlife, with many nice restaurants nearby. The dining experience was just adequate but could use more vegetarian options. The hotel is a part of the Landis Group, known for luxury hotels in China and Taiwan, and it is located close to many shopping districts in TaiChung, Taiwan.
The hotel offers a modern and well-equipped room with some low ceilings, impeccable service, and a convenient location with some impressive features like rainforest shower-heads. The dining experience is varied with fresh options, and the facilities are rated as high.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very spacious and had a perfect view, organized with fresh water provided daily along with 4 bottles of free water and fruit. The low ceilings gave it a cozy touch, although some areas looked like a cafeteria. The service was outstanding throughout the hotel, and I appreciated the staff's excellent English skills and responsiveness to customers. The location was perfect for families, within walking distance to a green walkway beside a park leading to both the science center and art gallery. The dining options were varied, catering to both Western and Eastern tastes, although some meals were just average. The facilities were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
The hotel is situated in a convenient location, perfect for strolling in the nearby park after a day of business. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet, although some areas show signs of aging. The service is friendly and helpful, with English-speaking staff being a plus. Dining options are good but somewhat limited in variety, especially for vegetarians. The hotel facilities are decent, with areas showing signs of wear and tear.
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Taichung, making it easy to access shops, food, and even a 7-Eleven convenience store. The rooms offer spacious layouts with beautiful city views, but some design elements like the light brown wooden furniture could use an upgrade. The dining experience provides a good variety of both Western and Chinese breakfast options, with attentive staff ensuring a pleasant meal. The location is ideal for both family and business stays, close to shopping areas, the Taichung Tempus, and the main electronics market of the city.
The hotel is conveniently located in Taichung City near many restaurants and shopping options. The rooms are clean and have modern technology features, but lack character in design and comfort. The service is attentive and friendly, although some staff socialize in public areas. The dining provides simple breakfast with a nice city view but lacks variety. Overall, the facilities are satisfactory for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were excellent, spacious, and comfortable with a good view, but seemed a bit outdated for a 5-star hotel and not entirely worth the high price. The amenities were at an average standard. The service was friendly and knowledgeable about the city and culture, but at times, it felt like the staff was more engaged in conversation with each other than with customers. The location was good for exploring the City Center, offering a great deal of space and convenient access to attractions, though some issues with breakfast buffets were noted. The dining experience was wonderful with a huge variety of foods, but some local delicacies around the hotel were more enticing. Overall, the facilities were decent. The hotel offers some good aspects but falls short in others.
